Job Description

ESAF Small Finance Bank is hiring energetic and target-oriented Sales Officers to drive business acquisition for Gold Loan / Mortgage Loan / Auto Loan products. The ideal candidate should have experience in any one of these retail lending products with strong field sales and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and acquire customers through field sales, referrals, local market activities, dealer networks, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Generate business for Gold Loan / Mortgage Loan / Auto Loan products by building strong customer and channel relationships.
- Evaluate customer eligibility and assist in collecting the required documentation for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely loan disbursement.
- Achieve assigned business targets while adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines,



and operational compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by guiding customers throughout the loan process and building long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Gold Loan / Mortgage Loan / Auto Loan sales.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Location: Coimbatore, Chennai, Madurai, dindigul, Salem, Nagercoil, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Puducherry, Hosur, Kanchipuram, Theni, Erode.

Qualification 10+2+3 Any graduation

Experience 6 months + in relevant products

Age – Upto 35 years.

CTC - 4 – 4.5 Lakhs

Notice period : upto 60 days
