- Working knowledge of - Proof of Claims / Filing of Motion for Relief / PPFN / PCN / NOFC / Referrals to Release / Reaffirmations / Plan Review / SOI Review / Transfer Notices.
- Experience with 410A forms and payment history preparation
- Experience with POC and MFR draft preparation for attorney review
- Valuable understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines - Plan structure, Repayment, Discharge, Eligibility.
- Understanding of bankruptcy setup, closure, and discharge processes
- Knowledge of Bankruptcy chapters 7, 11 and 13 and payment history preparation
- Working knowledge of each bankruptcy chapter, including setup, corrections, and modifications of key dates
Qualification & experience:-
- Basic degree completion (15 years of education)
- Required educational qualification and relevant years of experience in the specified domain / skill.(1-5yrs)
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
