As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating cutting-edge interior design solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet prospective customers and understand their interior design requirements.
- Develop creative and functional residential interior design concepts.
- Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and space planning solutions.
- Present design ideas, material selections, and cost estimates to clients.
- Guide customers through design decisions while maintaining project timelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Achieve design conversion and revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent creativity with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.
