Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Support franchise partners in daily operations and business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with franchise centers regarding admissions, marketing activities, and student support.
- Resolve franchise queries and provide operational guidance.
- Monitor franchise performance and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Organize training sessions and provide ongoing support to franchise teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports and share regular updates with management.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of franchise operations and support functions.
- Ability to manage multiple franchise centers simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualifications
