- HR Executive Location Goregaon East Mumbai Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month Department Human Resources About the Role We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage and support a team of 10-15 tele sales employees The role focuses on ensuring team performance conducting initial interview rounds employee engagement activities and overseeing incentive programs Key Responsibilities Handle team management of 10-15 telesales employees ensuring productivity and performance Monitor and help employees in achieving sales targets daily goals Conduct schedule first-round interviews for new hires Oversee employee engagement activities including orientation and onboarding Prepare and manage incentive slabs performance-based rewards Maintain employee records attendance and HR documentation Act as a bridge between employees and management to resolve queries and concerns Requirements Graduate Postgraduate in HR or related field 2-4 years of experience in HR operations team handling tele sales preferred Strong people management and communication skills Ability to motivate engage and lead employees toward targets Knowledge of incentive design and performance evaluation will be an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience HR Executive 2 years Required Team management 1 year Required HR Coordinator 1 year Required Language English Required Work Location In person
