As a Preschool Teacher at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our students You will be responsible for creating a protected engaging and educational environment that supports each child s unique needs and promotes their social emotional and intellectual development Duties and Responsibilities Classroom Management Maintain a well-organized clean and child-friendly classroom environment ensuring safety and security at all times Individualized Learning Recognize and address the diverse learning needs of each child providing appropriate support and challenges to maximize their potential Parent Communication Establish and maintain open and positive communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child s progress activities and behavior Assessment and Documentation Conduct ongoing assessments of students progress and maintain accurate records of their development Share these assessments with parents and caregivers Team Collaboration Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment Job Type Part-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Preschool 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
