We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Noida The ideal candidate should have a robust design sense technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs concepts and layouts for commercial or Govt projects Prepare working drawings 3D views and presentation materials Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is executed properly Conduct site visits ongoing projects when required Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and sustainability standards Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture B Arch M Arch Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience freshers with strong portfolios may also apply Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion D5 Photoshop and other design tools Strong visualization and presentation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Type Full-time Pay From 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
