URGENT BASE HIRING We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Female Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through the visa and immigration process for studying working or settling abroad The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills an understanding of visa documentation and embassy procedures and the ability to handle client queries with professionalism and accuracy Key Responsibilities Counsel clients and students regarding visa applications study programs and immigration processes for countries such as Europe Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa requirements documentation and processing timelines Review client profiles and assess eligibility for various visa categories Assist in preparing and checking application forms statements of purpose financial documents and other visa-related paperwork Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of applications and documents Coordinate with embassies universities and other institutions as needed Maintain client records and ensure data confidentiality Handle walk-in phone and online inquiries with professionalism Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field preference for business education or related disciplines Minimum 1 of experience in visa counselling overseas education or immigration services Strong understanding of international visa processes especially for study work visas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
