Position Summary The Risk Controls Analyst supports the bank s risk management framework by identifying assessing and monitoring risks across business units This role ensures that internal controls are properly designed effectively implemented and aligned with regulatory standards The analyst works closely with operational teams to strengthen control environments reduce potential losses and promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance Key Responsibilities Risk Assessment Monitoring Conduct regular risk assessments to identify operational financial compliance and technology-related risks Maintain and update risk registers control inventories and supporting documentation Monitor key risk indicators KRIs and escalate unusual trends or potential issues to management Internal Controls Evaluation Review and test internal controls to ensure they are properly designed and operating effectively Identify control gaps weaknesses or inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions Work with business units to implement improvements and follow up on remediation progress Audit Compliance Support Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation control evidence and process explanations Ensure business processes comply with regulatory requirements internal policies and risk management standards Collaborate with Compliance and Internal Audit teams on control-related initiatives Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Risk Management Business IT or a related field Skilled certifications CRMA CIA CISA FRM ISO 31000 are an advantage Experience 1-3 years of experience in risk management internal controls audit or compliance preferably in banking or financial services Experience in control testing process reviews or regulatory reporting is beneficial Skills Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of risk management principles internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and report-writing abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel data analysis tools and risk management software Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently when required Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 278 714 47 - 535 426 91 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
