Job Title Civil Structural Engineer Experience Level 0-5 Years entry to mid-level Location As per project company needs Employment Type Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a Civil Structural Engineer to join our team The role involves planning designing and supervising structural systems for residential commercial industrial and infrastructure projects The candidate will ensure safety stability and compliance with relevant codes and standards Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design of RCC steel and foundation systems Prepare and review design drawings BOQs technical specifications and reports Ensure compliance with IS Codes IRC NBC and international standards as applicable Collaborate with architects MEP engineers and contractors to resolve design and construction issues Conduct site inspections quality checks and progress monitoring during execution Provide technical support and solutions for on-site structural challenges Assist in cost estimation project planning and tender documentation Ensure safety durability and sustainability in all designs Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Master s in Structural Engineering preferred Strong knowledge of structural design principles IS Codes and building regulations Proficiency in software like STAAD Pro ETABS SECURE AutoCAD Revit preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience in design and or construction supervision Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience in high-rise buildings bridges or industrial structures Familiarity with seismic and wind load design Knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling tools Ability to travel to different project sites Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
