Job Description
- Prepare and maintain electroplating chemical solutions as per process requirements.
- Monitor plating bath parameters such as pH, temperature, concentration, and conductivity.
- Perform chemical analysis and replenish plating chemicals when required.
- Ensure proper coating thickness, adhesion, and surface finish of plated components.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain process records.
- Troubleshoot plating defects such as peeling, blistering, pitting, and discoloration.
- Handle chemicals safely and follow EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines.
