- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
- Perform dimensional inspections using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Ensure product quality as per customer requirements.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Maintain production records and daily output reports.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Identify and report machine issues or production defects.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure smooth production
