Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our innovation technology team.

This role will focus exclusively on advancing our products and accelerators through cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead, driving innovation, designing scalable AI/ML models and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to integrate intelligence directly into our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development and optimization of AI/ML models for our solutions, products and accelerators.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.
- Establish best practices for model development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide other engineers in AI/ML methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Evaluate and implement new AI/ML technologies and frameworks to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensure AI/ML solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with product goals and internal standards.
- Drive internal initiatives that leverage AI/ML to improve operational efficiency and product capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Overall professional experience of 10+ years, including 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, preferably with leadership experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R,



or similar languages; experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor technical teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field is preferred.

- ML/AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Data Processing & Pipelines: Pandas, NumPy, Dask, Spark, Airflow, Kafka.
- Model Deployment & Serving: MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Data Storage & DBs: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), Data Lakes.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda), Azure ML, GCP AI Platform.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Git/GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, model performance monitoring tools.
- Optional but Valuable: NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning experience.
