JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POST OF FINANCE MANAGER - Chartered Accountants Mandatory Willing travel with CEO to overseas Manufacture exp mandate Only male candidate Required FINANCE MANAGER for a business conglomerate engaged in mining production of minerals chemical processing of minerals production of cements Role The Finance Manager will be the sole responsible for the financial management of the group of companies maintaining all statutory and other reports preparing monthly and annual budgets reviewing the budget Management of the finance and accounts departments in the various units Preparation of project reports periodic review of the projects implementation financially and appraise the top management regularly on the progress Preparation of capital and revenue budgets for each unit separately and also a consolidated budget for the group Visit the various operations whenever required to review the functioning of the finance and accounts departments at the various locations Position Finance Manager - Will be reporting to the CMD Directors Managing partners The location of employment is Chennai Key responsibilities The selected candidate will be the sole incumbent for heading the finance and accounting functions of the group of companies All the unit finance and account executives will be reporting to the Finance Manager Statutory compliances like Income Tax GST TDS PF Foreign exchange regulations ROC returns etc Preparing MIS reports Financials cash flow budgeting cost analysis reports Accounts payable and receivable management Desired qualifications and competencies Any degree with CA completed with 1 to 3 years experience in industrial environment Knowledge in Tally prime MS Office PowerPoint presentations Techno Economic feasibility report and bankable project reports for current projects in India and abroad Preparation of project financing reports and correspond with banks and financial institutions for getting approvals Must be able to read write and speak English and Tamil Knowledge in Hindi will be an additional advantage Exposure to opening of companies outside India maintaining the accounts of the companies outside India Licence with advocates and auditors outside India will be preferred Salary As per Experience Qualification Compet Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 90 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
