Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of targets Maintain quality standards and production efficiency Coordinate with workers and ensure discipline on the shop floor Maintain shift-wise production reports and submit daily updates to management Ensure adherence to safety and company protocols Handle manpower allocation and shift planning Report any machinery or process issues to the maintenance team Coordinate during alternate night shifts one week day one week night pattern Candidate Requirements Should have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong team-handling and leadership qualities Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts and alternate night shifts Valuable communication and reporting skills Should be ready for long-term job stability Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
