Job Title Human Resources Manager HR - Male Preferred Industry Cosmetics Import Export Location Head Office - Raipur Experience 5 - 7 years in HR preferably in cosmetics or retail Salary 30 000 - 40 000 per month Reporting To Director Head of Operations Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for our cosmetics import-export company The ideal candidate will handle recruitment employee relations compliance and workforce management ensuring smooth HR functions across the organization Preference will be given to male candidates with relevant experience Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions including sourcing interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies procedures and guidelines in compliance with labor laws Maintain employee records contracts and HR documentation Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions Monitor attendance leave and performance management systems Coordinate training development and employee engagement programs Support management in workforce planning and succession planning Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF ESI and other labor regulations Maintain a positive work environment and foster company culture Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review Support payroll coordination in collaboration with accounts or finance teams Required Skills Qualifications 5 - 7 years of experience in HR management preferably in cosmetics or retail industries Robust knowledge of labor laws HR policies and statutory compliance Proficiency in HR software Excel and basic computer applications Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Solid organizational and problem-solving skills Male candidates preferred for this role Preferred Skills Experience in employee engagement and talent development Familiarity with payroll processing and HRMS tools Exposure to both office and field HR operations Reporting To Director Head of Operations Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
