Key Responsibilities Enter update and maintain customer details in the database accurately Record sales inquiries and service-related information systematically Generate reports on customer trends sales and inventory as needed Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer data Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data-driven insights Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness Assist in CRM management and customer follow-ups Requirements Proven experience in data entry or data management retail experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel familiarity with CRM software is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Positive organizational and time-management skills Basic understanding of jewellery products and showroom operations is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
