About the Role We are looking for two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialists to join our team This role will be the first point of contact for new clients and will play a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding process You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements coordinate with our development team and provide orientation to ensure successful adoption of our solutions Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for new clients during the onboarding phase Collect document and communicate client requirements clearly to the development team Guide clients through orientation and provide training support on our systems and processes Ensure smooth onboarding by resolving initial queries or challenges promptly Collaborate with internal teams development support customer success to deliver seamless client experiences Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement Monitor client feedback during onboarding and suggest process improvements Track and report onboarding progress ensuring timelines are met Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business IT or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding customer success or project coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to gather and document client requirements clearly and accurately Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client concerns proactively Familiarity with CRM LMS or project management tools will be an advantage Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously What We Offer Opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to their success A collaborative and growth-focused work environment Market-competitive salary package Career growth opportunities in client success and project management Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home
