Fairmont Mumbai Rosywn A Morgans Originals Hotel you will provide strategic leadership operational excellence and business acumen to oversee all restaurants lounges bars and related food beverage venues across the hotel You will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction maximizing revenue leading a high-performing team and ensuring brand-defining experiences that reflect Fairmont Luxury He will be reporting to Combo Executive Assistant Manager - Food Beverage Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Lead the overall operations of all restaurants lounges and bars ensuring alignment with Accor Luxury Brand Standards Develop and implement outlet-specific business plans to achieve hotel revenue and profitability targets Partner with Culinary Sales Marketing -
