We are hiring a German Language Trainer to deliver our CEFR-aligned VOICE German curriculum (A1 B2) to nursing candidates preparing for Germany placements. This is a structured, full-time classroom delivery role with defined curriculum, assessments, and outcome accountability.
Key Requirements
- C1 proficiency in German (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years experience teaching adult learners
- Familiarity with Goethe-Institut / TELC exam standards
- Robust spoken German and classroom delivery skills
- Open to relocation
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 4+ hours of daily on-site training
- Conduct weekly assessments and level evaluations
- Prepare candidates for B1 & B2 certification
- Track progress and report to L&D; / Programme team
Compensation & Start Date
- 70,000/month (fixed) + performance incentives
