Job description
Proficiency in custom development and automation, including workflows, process builders, and triggers.
Data Management & Security: Expertise in data modelling, migration, and security controls, ensuring compliance with standards like GDPR and CPS234.
API & Third-Party Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and connectors for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Understanding of DevSecOps practices, benchmarks and measurements.
Significant experience in structured (Iterative or Agile Scrum) SDLC processes.
Experience in delivering Salesforce projects into production environments in Insurance or Financial Services organisations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
Skills to summarise and be able to present a concise message to relevant stakeholders.
A resourceful and self-directed approach to problem-solving, with the ability to stay current with evolving tools and technologies and apply them effectively without needing to be guided.
