We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented 2025 or 2026 engineering graduates to join our technical operations team in Chennai. This position offers hands-on training and exposure to real-world electrical/electronics systems and field operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or related streams.
- Batch: 2025 or 2026 pass-outs only.
- Academic Record: Strictly no active or history of arrears (clear academic record throughout).
- Location & Mobility: Must be willing to work in Chennai and must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for local travel/field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in daily technical operations, maintenance, and field site visits across Chennai.
- Perform basic circuit testing, troubleshooting, and system inspections.
- Assist in site reporting, documentation, and operational data logging.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve on-site technical issues in a timely manner.
Desired Skills & Personal Attributes
- Solid foundational understanding of basic electrical/electronics concepts.
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to perform field work.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil (spoken Tamil preferred for local coordination).
- Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
