Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.

Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery (CIS-Discovery) - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping (CIS-Service Mapping) - Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management (CIS-Event Management) - Preferred
