Job Summary We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media to oversee and execute our social media strategy across all major platforms The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling audience engagement and brand building You will be responsible for creating curating and managing published content as well as analyzing performance and driving results Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals Create edit publish and share engaging content daily e g text images videos stories polls Manage social media platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter X TikTok and YouTube Monitor social media channels for trends insights and opportunities to engage Collaborate with content creators designers and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations Stay up-to-date with current trends platform updates and best practices in social media marketing Manage the online reputation of the brand by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Proven track record of growing and managing social media communities Strong understanding of social media analytics tools e g Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Sprout Social Excellent writing editing and communication skills Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite CapCut Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a quick-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
