We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our dynamic team As a Planning Executive you will play a key role in assisting the planning team with project schedules resource allocation and ensuring smooth project execution within deadlines Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing project plans timelines and schedules Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure timely delivery of projects Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the senior management team Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the project site Assist in resource planning and allocation for various projects Prepare and maintain reports such as project status reports resource utilization reports etc Identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks in the project timeline Ensure all planning-related activities are in compliance with company standards and client requirements Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related documents Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or any related field Fresher s are welcome to apply 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus Good understanding of project planning and scheduling tools Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and knowledge of planning software is a plus Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes will be an advantage Willing to relocate to Mumbai or Chennai Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
