Female Candidates can only apply for this job opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Outdoor Media industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities meeting potential clients and selling outdoor advertising solutions You ll work on the ground to grow the client base maintain relationships and ensure revenue growth in your assigned territory Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls site visits networking and referrals Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends in assigned areas Report field insights to the management team Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on sales activities client feedback and forecasts Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Advertising or related field 5-6 years in field sales preferably in media advertising or a B2B workplace Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of media planning and advertising concepts Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
