About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive HR Manager to manage recruitment employee relations onboarding and daily HR operations The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting screening shortlisting and scheduling interviews Conduct onboarding documentation and induction for recent employees Maintain and update employee records attendance and HR databases Manage employee queries grievances and support positive employee relations Assist in payroll processing leave management and monthly HR reports Ensure compliance with company policies HR procedures and labour laws Organize employee engagement activities and office events Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements Assist with performance reviews and appraisal processes Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Prior experience in HR minimum 1 year as per requirement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS Office and HR software preferred Understanding of HR processes labour laws and compliance Ability to multitask and work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 15 024 98 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
