Job Title Jr Officer - Admin Department Administration Industry Construction Real Estate Contracting Location Site Head Office as per requirement Email poojachaugule aspect global Salary Range UPTO 3LPA can adjust as needed Qualification Any Graduate B A B Com BBA preferred Experience 1-4 years in administrative work Construction site admin preferred - Jr Officer Admin Key Responsibilities Assist in daily administrative operations of the site office to ensure seamless functioning Maintain attendance leave records daily labour manpower reports and biometric system entries Support in managing petty cash expense vouchers bill submissions and reimbursements Handle documentation related to vendors contractors material records and gate passes Maintain records of inward outward material delivery challans inventory and stock updates Assist the Admin Officer Site In-charge in preparing daily progress reports letters and official correspondence Coordinate with Purchase Accounts and HR teams for documentation approvals and follow-ups Manage housekeeping staff office supplies pantry items stationery requests and basic facility arrangements Handle visitor management access control and coordination with site security Assist in organizing meetings maintaining minutes and preparing meeting-related documents Ensure filing and proper documentation physical digital for audit and compliance purposes Follow up with vendors for quotations deliveries and invoice submissions Ensure smooth communication between site team and Head Office Skills Competencies Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Word Excel and Email communication Basic knowledge of site admin documentation preferred Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Detail-oriented with solid record-keeping ability Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 per year Work Location In person
