Job Title Assistant Branch Manager - Accounts Department Finance Accounts Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive - Accounts to manage and oversee daily accounting activities ensure compliance with financial regulations and support strategic financial planning The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a deep understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries ledger maintenance and reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing and accurate records Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST TDS income tax and other local regulations Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and support Monitor and control budgets analyze variances and provide financial insights to management Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements Coordinate with vendors clients and internal teams for financial transactions and reporting Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA Inter MBA Finance preferred 3-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations Proficient in accounting software e g Tally SAP QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
