Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Architect with strong experience in designing commercial office spaces and interior layouts The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural planning 3D visualization and site coordination ensuring designs are practical aesthetic and aligned with project requirements Key Responsibilities Design and plan commercial office interiors layouts and workspace concepts Prepare architectural drawings detailed plans 3D renders and presentation boards Coordinate with clients project managers contractors and vendors for smooth design execution Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation measurement accuracy and quality standards Select materials finishes furniture layouts and interior elements as per project needs Ensure compliance with building bylaws safety regulations and project timelines Prepare BOQs design specifications and documentation for all interior and architectural works Suggest innovative space-efficient and cost-effective design solutions Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture Strong experience in commercial office interior design mandatory Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Lumion or similar design tools Strong understanding of materials ergonomics furniture layouts and MEP coordination Good communication site coordination visualization and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 8 086 00 - 62 421 88 per month Work Location In person
