Job Title Chartered Accountant CA - Manufacturing Finance Job Overview We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in manufacturing operations finance and accounting The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end financial management cost analysis compliance and support decision-making for the organization Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Financial Management Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards Prepare financial statements Balance Sheet P L Cash Flow Handle accounts payable receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations 2 Manufacturing Finance Costing Prepare and analyze product costing BOM costing and variance reports Monitor production costs wastages and budgeting for manufacturing processes Conduct monthly cost audits and recommend improvements 3 Compliance Taxation Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax ROC filings and other statutory requirements Prepare and support internal external audits Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections 4 Budgeting MIS Reporting Prepare annual budgets forecasts and financial plans Generate monthly MIS reports profitability analysis and financial dashboards Support management in financial decision-making 5 Internal Controls Process Improvement Develop implement and monitor internal financial controls Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and finance processes Ensure accurate inventory valuation and physical stock verification Key Skills Required Qualified CA mandatory Experience in the manufacturing sector must Strong knowledge of costing finance and taxation Proficiency in Tally ERP systems Excel Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting skills Education Chartered Accountant CA - Certified by ICAI
