Patient Care Common for Ward ICU Provide holistic nursing care as per patient needs and care plans Administer medications IV fluids and injections as prescribed Maintain proper documentation of nursing notes vitals and treatments Assist doctors during rounds and carry out treatment orders promptly Educate patients and attendants regarding care hygiene and follow-up 2 Ward-Specific Duties Admit transfer and discharge patients as per protocol Maintain bed allotment patient comfort and basic care hygiene mobility feeding Ensure timely collection of samples and follow up on investigations Coordinate with housekeeping for cleanliness and patient-friendly environment Monitor post-operative and reliable patients for any deterioration 3 ICU-Specific Duties Monitor critically ill patients on ventilators cardiac monitors and infusion pumps Perform advanced nursing procedures suctioning ABG sampling central line care tracheostomy care Assist in intubation resuscitation CPR BLS ACLS and emergency management Maintain strict aseptic precautions to prevent hospital-acquired infections Ensure accurate input-output charting hemodynamic monitoring and immediate reporting of critical changes 4 Clinical Administrative Support Ensure availability of emergency drugs crash cart and equipment Check and maintain nursing supplies instruments and linen Follow biomedical waste management as per hospital guidelines Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Work Location In person
