Job Title Accountant - CNC Manufacturing Unit Location Palsana Surat Employment Type Full-Time Experience 2-4 years in manufacturing accounting preferred Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations for our CNC manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records preparing reports and overseeing cost and inventory accounting related to CNC operations Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Compliance Maintain general ledger and prepare financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts bank vendors receivables Assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax Handle payroll accounting and statutory deductions PF ESI PT 2 Cost Accounting Inventory Control Maintain and update standard costing for CNC components Track and analyze direct and indirect manufacturing costs Monitor material consumption WIP and finished goods inventory Conduct monthly physical inventory and reconcile variances Analyze cost variances and suggest process improvements to reduce waste or cost 3 Budgeting Forecasting Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Track actual vs budget performance and report deviations 4 ERP Systems Manage accounting entries in ERP software Tally SAP or other used in plant Ensure timely entry of production data purchase invoices job work records etc Generate MIS reports for management 5 Vendor Customer Management Maintain accounts payable and receivable Follow up on receivables and manage vendor payment cycles Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance B Com M Com CA-Inter preferred 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setup CNC engineering preferred Working knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management Proficient in Tally SAP or similar ERP software Sound knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance Key Skills Cost control and analysis Attention to detail Manufacturing process understanding CNC preferred Solid MS Excel skills Analytical mindset Communication and coordination with cross-functional teams Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Application Question s This job location is in palsana will you be able to commute to the location Work Location In person
