About the Company We are a licensed healthcare recruitment agency based in Kochi Kerala helping internationally qualified nurses secure job placements in countries like the UK Australia and New Zealand We are committed to ethical practices timely support and empowering nurses with overseas career opportunities Position Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that promote our recruitment services engage with aspiring international nurses and build brand visibility across multiple platforms Key Responsibilities Develop execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook Instagram Google and LinkedIn Handle the company s social media profiles and create engaging content relevant to international nursing recruitment Optimize website content landing pages and SEO to improve organic traffic Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc Coordinate email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for updates webinars and recruitment drives Assist in designing marketing collaterals such as brochures banners posters and social media creatives Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in healthcare education or recruitment sectors Proficiency in social media management tools Google Ads Meta Business Suite and SEO tools Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or Adobe Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience running lead generation campaigns for international recruitment or training institutions Video editing and basic content scripting skills are an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
