Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
- Build and enhance microservices using Spring Boot
- Develop and integrate event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
- Solve complex problems using robust DSA and algorithmic thinking
- Write clean, productive, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices
- Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC,
Spring Data
- Solid experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong DSA fundamentals
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- Experience in financial services or investment banking domain
- Exposure to system design and low-latency systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
