We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Project Manager who can take charge of HVAC Electrical PHE and ELV systems across multiple project sites The ideal candidate must have a strong technical foundation be highly organized in documentation and capable of independently handling multiple projects across various locations Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works especially HVAC Electrical PHE and ELV systems Coordinate with site engineers vendors consultants and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Oversee project planning resource allocation execution and handover across multiple locations Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and compliance standards Maintain comprehensive project documentation including work progress reports BOQs method statements inspection records and as-built drawings Monitor budget vs actual cost and report any variance Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues effectively and on time Conduct regular site visits and ensure real-time project reporting Required Skills Experience Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution with robust exposure to HVAC Electrical PHE and ELV systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent project documentation reporting and communication skills Familiar with industry codes safety protocols and quality standards Leadership capability and ability to handle site teams across locations Preferred Attributes Hands-on experience in commercial industrial or high-rise building projects Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project tracking tools PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory Willingness to travel to different project sites Job Location Bengal Assam Odissa Number of position - 1 One Monthly take-home salary 50 to 60 K Employment Type Full-time Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Application Question s Your highest qualification Your current and expected ctc How many years experience Work Location In person
