Roles Responsibilities The Purchase Coordinator executes day-to-day procurement activities coordinates with suppliers and departments ensures accurate documentation and supports the Purchase Manager in operational functions Requirement Skills Collect and consolidate purchase requirements from all departments Update and manage daily requirement and purchase tracking sheets Send RFQs to vendors and compare quotations based on price quality and delivery Prepare and issue accurate POs based on approvals and vendor availability Follow up on PO confirmations deliveries and shipping documents Coordinate with the store QC team for incoming inspection and quality checks Maintain organized records for RFQs POs invoices and supplier communication Prepare weekly monthly procurement reports and vendor performance summaries Support the Purchase Manager in negotiations and vendor onboarding Ensure timely communication and resolution of delivery or quality issues Education Qualification Bachelor s Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field Work Experiences 1-2 years in Purchase Work Location Factory SANAND Job Type Full time Duty 10 00 am to 6 30 pm Week Off Sunday 1 3 Saturday Salary Structure 25 000 to 30 000 CTC per month Age Limit 23 to 35 years Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Sanand Ahmedabad Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
