Lead all aspects of commercial leasing including office retail and mixed-use assets Oversee lease negotiations renewals and tenant onboarding from LOI to execution Drive transaction strategy for acquisitions dispositions and portfolio optimization Collaborate with legal finance and asset management teams to structure deals and ensure compliance Maintain relationships with brokers tenants landlords and institutional partners Identify and pursue recent business opportunities including tenant representation landlord mandates and real estate advisory services Develop relationships with corporate occupiers investors developers and service providers to grow the client base Represent the company in industry events real estate conferences and business forums to build brand visibility Create tailored proposals RFP responses and pitch presentations to win new mandates Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials for business outreach Provide market intelligence and strategic input on growth markets leasing trends and competitive positioning Contribute to the company s long-term real estate strategy and business planning Lead or support due diligence and underwriting for major deals and partnerships Manage and mentor a team of leasing or transaction professionals as applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 2 000 000 00 - 2 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
