The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company s cosmetic products to salons and beauty outlets The role involves regular field visits developing strong client relationships generating sales and achieving monthly targets The candidate will also be eligible for performance-based incentives Key Responsibilities Visit salons beauty parlours and cosmetic retailers to promote and sell company products Demonstrate product features perks and usage to salon staff and owners Generate leads maintain client relationships and develop current business opportunities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product sampling trials and marketing activities at salons Maintain a proper sales pipeline and report daily visits and sales updates Manage order collection follow-up on payments and ensure timely product delivery Gather market insights competitor information and customer feedback Ensure proper branding visibility and product placement at partner salons Participate in promotional events product launches and training sessions Skills Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales cosmetics beauty Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to influence and build strong relationships with salon owners and staff Willingness to travel extensively for field visits Target-driven mindset with strong self-motivation Basic knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is an added advantage Valid two-wheeler license preferred Experience -Freshers with good skills Experiences Package -8k-10k plus Incentives Males Preferred hr thereforeim com Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
