Job Title CNC Designer Machine Operator Location Tikri Kalan Delhi Company Swapnil Interiors About Us Swapnil Interiors is a leading interior design and execution firm specializing in customized furniture modular solutions and cutting-edge interior projects We are looking for a skilled CNC Designer and Machine Operator to join our production team to ensure precision efficiency and creativity in our manufacturing process Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines Router Lathe Panel Processing etc for cutting shaping and finishing wood MDF acrylic and other materials Prepare and interpret CAD CAM drawings CNC programs and design files for execution Ensure quality and accuracy in machining as per drawings and project specifications Monitor machine performance troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance Coordinate with the design and production team to translate 2D 3D designs into CNC-ready programs Optimize material usage to reduce wastage Maintain records of production job sheets and machine settings Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness of the CNC workstation Required Skills Qualifications ITI Diploma Certification in CNC Programming Mechanical or related field Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation preferably in wood furniture interior industry Proficiency in software like AutoCAD CorelDRAW SketchUp or CAM software ArtCAM Fusion 360 etc Strong knowledge of tooling feeds speeds and cutting parameters Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Minimum 5-7 years of experiencein CNC Designing operation and programming Preferred Qualities Experience in interior furniture manufacturing industry Knowledge of different materials wood MDF acrylic solid surface Team player with ability to handle deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
