Summary The Operational Insights Analyst is a critical support role within the Demand Management team contributing to the delivery of high-quality data solutions dashboards insights for Novartis tactical planning execution platform This role will assist in the collection of business requirements dashboard development report automation and stakeholder follow-through while ensuring alignment with data governance processes and business goals The analyst is expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the Integrated Marketing Organization to identify challenges and opportunities and deliver actionable insights that empower decision-making for Novartis This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with solid analytical skills and technical expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI About the Role Key Responsibilities In coordination w Operational Insights Prioritization Lead support the translation of business requirements into actionable data solutions including user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and adhoc reports insights requests ensuring quality accuracy and alignment with Novartis business objectives Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities including dashboard visualization developments enhancements and reporting automation Deliver timely monthly reports manual or automated via Power BI for internal key stakeholder groups Execute ad-hoc data requests based on stakeholder needs using tactical planning platform data inputs contributing actionable insights to inform decision-making Coordinate and help facilitate onboarding for users of the tactical planning platform to Power BI Dashboards reports etc ensuring smooth adoption and system utilization Manage dashboard visualization s permissions-based user access for active users within tactical planning platform Maintain data integrity across all active established Power BI dashboards reports Qualifications Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science Data Analytics or a related field 5-7 years experience supporting data insights Proven experience working with data visualization and reporting tools including Power BI Qlik Sense and similar platforms Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions Experience in designing data solutions and dashboards aligned to strategic objectives Excellent analytical problem-solving negotiation and interpersonal skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data-related challenges Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams particularly experience w Technology Product teams Knowledge
