Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sports Facility Assistant to support our day-to-day operations This is a part-time role perfect for individuals who are passionate about sports and customer engagement You will assist in handling walk-ins sales follow-ups coaching support billing and coordination between departments to ensure a smooth facility experience Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries follow up with leads and convert walk-ins to registrations Support the coaching team during sessions setup coordination attendance tracking Assist with daily billing and payment tracking Coordinate with the Sales Ops Manager for daily updates and reporting Maintain a welcoming and energetic environment for members and guests Uphold brand values and facility standards during interactions Requirements Interest in sports and fitness industry prior experience is a plus Positive communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a proactive attitude Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting Must be punctual and reliable Job Type Part-time Pay 6 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Expected hours 9 per week Application Question s Do you have bike Where are you located Work Location In person
