Role description About Cimpress Led by founder and CEO Robert Keane Cimpress invests in and helps build customer-focused entrepreneurial mass customization businesses Through the personalized physical and digital products these companies create we empower over 17 million global customers to make an impression Last year Cimpress generated 3 5B in revenue through customized print products signage apparel packaging and more The Cimpress family includes a dynamic international group of businesses and central teams all working to solve problems build businesses innovate and improve Pixartprinting is an e-commerce company and everything we do revolves around the web This online presence is made possible by 1 200 passionate and talented people who work day in day out at our headquarters to handle and produce 15 000 print jobs a day Over the years we have become a well-oiled machine able to offer our customers a high-quality service From the very beginning we challenged ourselves to offer much more than just printing Today we offer a complete and professional service that aims to support our customers communication projects whatever line of business they are in We give them complete freedom to make their own choices each of our products can be personalised giving users extraordinary freedom to customise their order but at the same time are always on hand throughout the order process in case any issues or questions arise About the role As a Full-stack software engineer in Pixartprinting technology team of Cimpress you will be a member of the mission critical team that develops solutions to run our designer the tool that our customers are using to design their product This involves developing and maintaining the multiple packages and designer that designs millions of affordable highly customized personalized physical products for businesses and consumers Key Responsibilities Design develop and deliver high-quality applications in a fast-paced agile workplace Build and maintain packages built with React js Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to solve complex problems in the designer domain Stay current with emerging technologies frameworks and best practices proactively adopt new tools and approaches as needed Write clean efficient and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation related to designer architecture design and codebase Troubleshoot debug and optimize packages for maximum performance and scalability Contribute to code reviews knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years of experience with React js Fluency in Object Oriented Programming Knowledge on React js is required Node js knowledge is useful Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Redux Familiarity with build tools such as Vite Webpack etc Experience with testing frameworks libraries such as Vitest Jest etc Strong problem-solving skills data structures and algorithms Deep knowledge on frontend technologies for the web CSS JavaScript HTML5 AJAX JSON XML React js Knowledge about databases either SQL-based RDBMS or NoSQL could be useful Knowledge about cloud service infrastructure and platforms AWS could be practical Knowledge on versioning and continuous build and integration using versioning software GitHub Familiarity with agile development methodologies specially SCRUM will be added advantage Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment is must Ability to adapt to new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor s Degree 2 years of Business Experience Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong analytic problem solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Mass Customization a Plus Understands and communicates in English Why You ll Love Working Here Being at Cimpress means that you don t see work as just a building a desk or a manufacturing floor You see it as a chance to take a step forward in your career journey -
