We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality assurance and control processes in our men s wear garment manufacturing company The ideal candidate will ensure that all garments meet our quality standards align with customer expectations and comply with industry regulations This role requires expertise in garment production keen attention to detail and strong leadership skills to manage and improve quality assurance operations Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Assurance Strategy and Implementation -Develop implement and monitor quality assurance protocols and procedures to maintain consistent product quality -Establish clear quality standards for men s wear products ensuring alignment with company and customer expectations 2 Production Oversight -Supervise quality control processes during all stages of garment production from raw material inspection to finished goods -Conduct random inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with specifications and identify potential issues early 3 Team Management and Training -Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors providing training to ensure adherence to quality standards -Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across production lines 4 Inspection and Testing -Oversee the inspection of raw materials trims and accessories to ensure they meet predefined standards -Ensure that in-line and final garment inspections are carried out effectively documenting results for traceability 5 Customer and Vendor Communication -Collaborate with design production and procurement teams to address quality-related challenges -Work closely with suppliers to resolve material quality issues and ensure consistent compliance with standards 6 Documentation and Reporting -Maintain detailed records of quality control processes including inspection reports defect analysis and corrective actions -Generate regular reports for senior management highlighting quality trends and suggesting improvements 7 Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement -Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions -Initiate and lead projects to improve production processes and reduce defect rates 8 Compliance and Standards -Ensure all garments comply with relevant industry regulations safety standards and customer requirements -Stay updated on trends advancements and best practices in quality control and garment manufacturing Key Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering Fashion Technology or a related field Proven experience 5 years in quality control or quality assurance within the garment manufacturing industry specifically in men s wear Strong knowledge of garment construction fabric properties and quality testing methods Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficient in using quality management tools and software Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in Garment Industry Experience total work 5 years Required Work Location In person
