Job Title Billing and Costing Engineer - Civil Fabrication PEB Location Mandideep Bhopal Company RK Engineering and Construction Job Type Full time Experience Required Insert required experience e g 3-7 years Salary 25000 to 60000 About the Company RK Engineering and Construction is a leading player in the infrastructure fabrication and PEB sectors With a commitment to quality and timely project execution we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Billing and Costing Engineer to manage financial tracking billing processes and cost control across our projects Job Summary The Billing and Costing Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate bills monitoring project costs and ensuring financial compliance in Civil Fabrication and PEB works The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing RA bills BOQs reconciliation statements and cost estimates while ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Running Account RA bills final bills and client billing in accordance with contract terms Prepare and verify contractor vendor bills subcontractor bills and ensure accuracy with site execution Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare BOQs and rate analysis for civil structural fabrication and PEB works Maintain cost control measures and highlight cost overruns or variances to the project manager Prepare and maintain Material Reconciliation Client Reconciliation and Subcontractor Reconciliation statements Work closely with planning and execution teams to track project progress for billing and costing Assist in the preparation of budgets cash flows and project forecasts Review work orders and contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions Maintain documentation and support internal external audits Coordinate with site engineers procurement accounts and clients to ensure smooth billing and cost management Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience in billing and costing in civil construction fabrication and PEB projects Strong knowledge of contract management quantity surveying and cost control Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and billing software like ERP or BuildSmart Understanding of various construction drawings standards and technical specifications Good analytical skills attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience in handling large-scale industrial commercial or infrastructure projects Exposure to PEB structure billing and fabrication workflows Familiarity with IS codes and industry norms for measurement and estimation How to Apply Interested candidates can email their updated resume to info rk mandideep gmail com or contact us at (phone hidden) Please mention Billing and Costing Engineer - Civil Fab PEB in the subject line Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
