Your work profile Manager - Oracle Fusion Work you ll do We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Oracle Fusion with a strong background in Procure-to-Pay P2P and Order-to-Cash O2C processes The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance Procurement and Order Management modules Required Skill Lead and manage Oracle Fusion P2P and O2C project implementations upgrades and support initiatives Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions Design configure test and deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Procurement Sourcing supplier Portal Inventory SQM Order Management payables receivables etc Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and optimize P2P and O2C business processes Drive solution design workshops and provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Manage project teams deliverables timelines and client communications Provide post-go-live support issue resolution and user training as needed Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations e g SOX GST VAT Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications test scripts and training materials Contribute to proposals pre-sales and client presentations as needed Preferred skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business or Information Technology 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations with at least 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud Strong functional knowledge in P2P and O2C business processes Proven experience in SCM modules Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules like Procurement Sourcing supplier Portal Inventory SQM Order Management etc Strong understanding of integration points between modules and external systems Project management experience with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders Excellent communication leadership and client-facing skills Oracle Cloud certification s preferred Qualification Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations or support projects Familiarity with reporting tools OTBI BI Publisher Knowledge of system testing and
