Respected Sir Hope you are doing well We need candidates for the position of Senior Executive QA for one of our Garemnts manufacturing Organization Candidate must have experience with GARMENTS IDUSTRY sector as a QA position Position Senior Executive - QA Qualification Bachelor s degree Diploma textile or GMT any graduate Experience in years Minimum 5 years CTC- Upto 5 4 LPA to 6 LPA Department Quality Assurance Position Purpose A Senior QA position focuses on ensuring garment quality through various stages of production from material sourcing to final inspection This role requires a strong understanding of garment manufacturing quality assurance standards and the ability to identify and address defects and process gapes The key output for this role shall be final product quality achieve DHU and zero quality complaint and maintain the quality system of factory 1-Responsible for the overall management of the quality systems right from inward material till dispatch 2 Responsible to ensure that inputs in production are as per buyer standard and keep the process intact of online inspection as well audit systems 3 Responsible to provide clear understanding of all style tech file to the production floor team and monitor the product quality trough out the processes 4 Responsible to maintain customer requirement regarding product standard throughout the process and have clear understanding of their requisite 5 Responsible for working through and with the quality team to ensure that rejection and defect rate figures are at a minimum and are well within target levels 6 Responsible for the continuous monitoring and implementation of controls to achieve the same 7 Responsible for handling the final internal as well as external quality auditors and audits 8 Responsible for maintaining the daily quality report and take appropriate actions to improve on the processes in line or various dept and achieve the targets set for Final audit first time pass 9 Responsible to analyze all samples coming in to ensure meet requirements and all samples going out to customer to make sure no issues in final product and work on RCA CAPA based on customer feedback to improve on product quality 10 Responsible to highlight all factors which are not in his her control to higher management and seek final solution to keep process moving 11 Work with the dept team to identify performance gaps- due to skill availability training etc 12 Responsible to give any kind of signed standard to production and finishing to start any new process 13 Responsible for the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives on the shop floor and create visual quality systems in production floor 14 Responsible to maintain work places safe and clean 15 Responsible to maintain all testing reports related to customer requirement for each style PO s in presentable manner so that can discuss with customer as and when required Skills Technical Skills Essential Proficient in use of MS Office o Good knowledge of Internet Email esp o Knowledge of various quality systems applicable in garment factory Knowledge of fabric behavior and patterns to understand fit and shape of product Behavioral Skills Solid problem identification finding skills Interested Candidates please share your CV to my official Email id Or Official WhatsApp Number swarup genixresources com swarupgenix gmail com Call or WhatsApp (phone hidden) Swarup Nath Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 540 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund
