Role Summary

Lead the Human Resources and Administration functions of the steel pipe manufacturing plant by ensuring effective manpower planning, industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, payroll, and plant administration while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and labour matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, EPF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Manage plant administration including security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, guest house, and facility management.
- Drive employee engagement, training,



welfare, and organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate with government authorities for statutory inspections and compliance.
- Lead and develop the HR & Administration team.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (LLB preferred).
- 1520 years of HR & Administration experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
- Experience in steel, engineering, or heavy manufacturing industries preferred.
