Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end operations of a high-volume Personal Care & Hygiene Products manufacturing plant.

Mandatory: Candidates must have hands-on manufacturing experience in Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers/Adult Incontinence, Sanitary Pads/Sanitary Napkins, Feminine Hygiene, Tissues, or related absorbent hygiene products.

The role requires strong expertise in plant operations, production, cost optimization, quality & compliance, productivity, OEE, and large-team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end plant operations, production planning, maintenance, quality, and dispatch.
- Drive production output, capacity utilization, OEE, line efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Manage conversion costs, material yield, wastage, manpower productivity, and cost reduction.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, safety, regulatory, audit, and SOP requirements.
- Optimize raw material availability, inventory, production losses, and plant-level logistics.
- Lead and develop a 300–500+ workforce across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Plant HR.
- Drive automation, process improvement, digitization, and manufacturing excellence.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership/Promoter Group,



Finance, Procurement, Commercial, HR, and Supply Chain.
- Drive plant performance through MIS, KPI reviews, and data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with significant Plant/Factory Operations leadership.
- Mandatory experience in Personal Care & Hygiene Products manufacturing.
- Experience in one or more of the following is essential:
- Baby Diapers
- Adult Diapers / Adult Incontinence
- Sanitary Pads / Sanitary Napkins
- Feminine Hygiene Products
- Tissues
- Absorbent Hygiene Products

- Robust exposure to high-speed manufacturing, OEE, Lean/TPM, cost control, quality systems, and workforce management.
- Strong hands-on, shop-floor-oriented leadership with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, promoter-driven environment
