Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.

- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and costing of materials.

- Develop accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and specifications.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Provide technical support during the tender process by preparing bid documents and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field (BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Robust knowledge of Quantity Estimation principles and practices.

- Proficiency in preparing accurate cost estimates using various software tools.
